Robert E. Isola - Partner

Bob founded Isola & Associates in 1987 with the vision of building a full-service commercial mortgage brokerage firm. Over the past three decades he has far surpassed that goal. Serving as president of the company Bob is not only responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the firm but also growing and maintaining relationships with both lenders and borrowers and assessing the future needs of commercial real estate investors.  Bob entered the commercial real estate industry in 1985 after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Management from Clemson University.

Edward J. Isola - Partner

As a partner at Isola & Associates, Ed is heavily involved with the planning and vision of the company’s future. Since joining the company in 1993 Ed has grown a strong reputation in the industry for hard work and providing first-class service to his clients. His time spent from 1990 to 1993 as a Relationship Manager for Sun Bank’s Commercial Lending Group helped catapult Ed into the commercial real estate industry and local community.  Ed entered the commercial real estate industry in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas Tech University.

Jeffrey T. Rembert - Loan Production

Jeff is a part of the loan production team at Isola & Associates and responsible for coordinating closings as the liaison between borrowers and lenders. He assists in analyzing and assembling closing data while helping all parties build productive and long-standing working relationships. He also assists in the submission of loan application packages and monitors regulatory compliance matters for the firm. Prior to working in the commercial real estate industry, he was a journalist and a public relations executive specializing in agriculture, hospitality and insurance. Jeff joined Isola & Associates in 1990 and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Texas Tech University.

Richard Portigiani, Jr. - Loan Production

Richard Portigiani is a part of the loan production team at Isola & Associates. Over the last several years, Richard has both originated and assisted with hundreds of commercial mortgage transactions involving retail, industrial, multi-family, office and medical properties. He has a thorough understanding of environmental and property condition issues and their long-term resolution.  Prior to working in the production department, Richard was a financial analyst and insurance specialist in our servicing department. Richard joined the Isola & Associates team in 2002 and received a master’s degree in Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Carol Edman - Commercial Mortgage Portfolio Manager

Carol is manager of the loan servicing team at Isola & Associates. Carol is responsible for ensuring quality customer service for both our lenders and borrowers. She assists the rest of the team by overseeing insurance certificate renewals, post-closing financial analysis and UCC continuations, as well as maintaining the general operations of the department. Prior to working in the commercial real estate industry, Carol was office manager, bookkeeper and assistant to various elementary and high school principals for the Diocese of Orlando. Carol joined Isola & Associates in 1996.

As part of her continuing education, Carol has attended the Mortgage Bankers Association Real Estate Conference each year since 1999.

Kimberly Hutchison - Senior Mortgage Portfolio Administrator

Kimberly Hutchison works as a loan servicing associate on the loan servicing team at Isola & Associates. Her responsibilities include cash management, remittance to lenders, new loan set-ups and tracking real estate tax payments. Kimberly’s primary responsibility is coordinating and conducting annual site inspections. Kimberly joined the Isola & Associates team in 2003.

As part of her continuing education, Kimberly annually attends the Mortgage Bankers Association Real Estate Conference. In addition, Kimberly is a Notary Public.

Jessica Mylett - Senior Mortgage Portfolio Analyst

Jessica Mylett works as a loan servicing associate on the loan servicing team at Isola & Associates. Her primary responsibilities include the receipt and processing of monthly loan payments, assisting with annual site inspections and assisting with real estate taxes, insurance renewals and annual financial statements. Jessica joined the Isola & Associates team in 2004 and has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland / University College.

As part of her continuing education, Jessica annually attends the Mortgage Bankers Association Real Estate Conference.

Aaron Timperman - Loan Production

Aaron works as a mortgage portfolio analyst on the loan production team at Isola & Associates. Aaron’s primary responsibilities include assisting the loan production team with preparation of loan packages and analysis as well as assisting the loan servicing team with annual site inspections. Aaron is an Ohio native and joined the Isola & Associates team in 2011. Aaron received a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Taky Dikeou - Loan Production

Taky is a part of the loan production team at Isola & Associates. Over the last 20 years, Taky has focused on originating commercial mortgage loans including industrial, retail, multi-family, office and self storage properties. His 32-year career has spanned all facets of commercial real estate including sales, analysis, appraisal, underwriting, servicing and property inspections. His clients note his integrity and diligence in pursuing the best rates and programs in the industry. Taky joined the Isola & Associates team in 2010 and received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and master’s degree in Commercial Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.
